I would just like to thank all of our previous guests for their fantastic reviews and great communication, whether through Airbnb or some of the other booking sites we use.

We have all worked extremely hard to achieve these levels, and will continue to do so, to ensure that our guests receive the same level of service I would hope to receive for my family.
We try to ensure that our guests are able to check in as early as possible, when requested, and the apartments are spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming.
We also try to be as accommodating as possible from initial bookings, in providing a very comprehensive information pack prior to arrival, throughout their stay, to arranging check out times which suit guests, where possible.
I also try to respond to quests emails and calls as quickly as possible which is usually within a few minutes.
The cleaning team (Lydia, Jody and Helen) provide a fantastic service for our guests ensuring that the apartments are spotlessly clean and everything is prepared to exceed our guests expectations.
