Who we are
Dream Property Solutions Limited (‘we’ or ‘us’) are a ‘data controller’ for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 and as of 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’) (as applicable the “Legislation”) where we control the purposes for which we process your personal information.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Personal information provided by you
We collect personal information about you (such as your name, address and contact details), for example your email address and phone number when you enquiry about our rental properties.
Account Information. When you sign up for an Dream Property Solutions Account, we require certain information such as your first name, last name, email address or photo. When making a Booking, we may ask you to provide additional information, which can include your address and phone number.
Personal information about other individuals
If you give us information on behalf of someone else, such as a child for whom you are legally responsible, you confirm that either;
(1) the other person has a contractual relationship with you and knows that you will be transferring their personal data to us for specific purposes and/or
(2) s/he has appointed you to act on his/her behalf and has agreed that you can:
– give consent on his/her behalf to the processing of his/her personal data
– receive on his/her behalf any data protection notices
– give consent to the processing of his/her sensitive personal data (as listed below).
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

- Card Payments are processed by PayPal – your card details are not retained by Dream Property Solutions Ltd.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. We only send your data outside the EEA where we have in place a legal agreement which complies with the Legislation.
