Each of the 2 bedrooms comes complete with professionally laundered bed linen, wardrobes, chest of drawers, towels, and a mirror. A hair dryer is also supplied within the apartment.
The open plan living area within Mia’s Place-02 has a double sofa, together with a comfortable double sofa bed should this be required during your stay. Additional bed linen and pillows are also provided.
The living area within Mia’s Place-02 also has a large wall mounted flat screen WIFI enabled smart TV. This means that you can all surf, stream and catch up on your favourite TV shows.
The kitchen area is fully fitted with microwave oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans together with plates, cutlery and glasses should you choose to cook or just have a leisurely drink. There is also a dining table for family meals.
A high chair and cot are also provided together with a small selection of children’s toys and games to ensure that everyone’s needs are catered for.
The newly fitted bathroom has both a bath with shower.
The apartment also benefits from fibre optic ultra fast WIFI which is truly unlimited.
Mia’s Place-02 is serviced by a professional cleaning company who provide quality bed linen and towels, soap and shampoo together with tea and coffee.
Entry to the property is via key code to allow flexibility for check-in and check-out. The code will be provided prior to check-in.
Mia’s Place-02 is located a short stroll from the railway station and Chester city centre. It is also only a stone’s throw from the new flagship Waitrose store where you will be able to stock up on any essentials you require.
Guests at Mia’s Place-02 also have the exclusive use of off-street parking less than a minutes’ walk from the apartment, allowing for those who have travelled by car the benefits this includes.
There is also parking available free in some of the surrounding streets and there is also a small pay and display car park close to the apartment offering free parking after 5pm and only 20p for 2 hours or £3.00 all day).
Chester Racecourse is around a 15 minute walk from Mia’s Place-02, either through the city with its bustling bars, restaurants and shops or around the city walls with their picturesque views of the city’s architecture and river.
Mia’s Place-02 is ideal for both business and leisure travel due to its proximity to the city centre. It is also only a 10 minute drive to Chester Zoo or 15 minutes to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet village, with its many designer outlet stores, restaurants, cinema and Blue Planet Aquarium.
All of these attractions are also easily accessible via public transport taking as little as 30 minutes door to door.
Mia’s Place-02 can also be booked alongside Mia’s Place-03 to accommodate groups up to 12, giving you run of the first floor.
