The apartments are accessible via the same main external door and consist of all of the apartments within the building. These apartments can be booked together or separately.
These four newly renovated, modern first and second floor apartments are all of the apartments within the building. Mia’s Place 02 and Mia’s Place 03 are on the first floor and next door to each other, while Mia’s Place 04 and 05 are up a few stairs on the second floor of the building. This allows for the apartments to be used individually or as one to allow for bigger groups to be together during your stay. It truly is the ideal solution for larger groups in Chester !

Each of the Apartments have 2 double bedrooms, newly fitted open plan kitchen/living area with sofa bed and newly fitted bathroom.
We have teamed up with a professional housekeeping team who provide excellent bed linen and towels before your arrival and ensure that the apartments have a quality hotel feel we all enjoy.
The bedrooms come complete with freshly made beds, towels, bedroom furniture for storage, bedside tables with lamps, work area/dressing table, mirror and hair dryer.
Each living area has comfortable seating including a double sofa bed (should this be required) and a large wall mounted flat screen smart TV with freeview.
Mia’s Place-04 also comes with the bonus of an outside balcony area with patio furniture for alfresco dining or drinks.
Each of the four kitchen areas is fully fitted with microwave oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans together with plates, cutlery and glasses should you choose to cook or just have a leisurely drink.
A high chair and cot and also children plates and cutlery are also provided in each apartment together with a selection of toys and books for the young or the young at heart. In fact everything that you could possibly need, even tea pots!
The newly fitted bathrooms have showers over the baths and come complete with complementary shampoo and conditioner and soap.
The apartments also benefits from fibre optic ultra fast broadband which is truly unlimited. This means that you can all surf, stream and catch up on your favourite TV shows all at the same time.
Entry to the properties is via key code to allow flexibility for check-in and check-out. The code will be provided prior to check-in.

The apartments are located a short stroll from the railway station and city centre. They are also only a stone’s throw from the new flagship Waitrose store where you will be able to stock up on any essentials you require. The Shropshire Union canal is also within a stone’s throw of Mia’s Place and is lovely way to walk into the city or to the railway station past its trendy bars and superb restaurants.
Four off street parking spaces are included with the 4 apartments. The parking spaces are around a minute’s walk from the apartments.
Parking is available free in some of the streets surrounding the apartments and there is also a small pay and display car park close to the apartments offering free parking after 5pm and only 20p for 2 hours or £3.00 all day).
Chester Race course is around a 20 minute walk from the apartments either through the city with its bustling bars, restaurants and shops or around the city walls with their picturesque views of the city’s architecture and river.
These apartments are ideal for both business and leisure travels due to their proximity to the city centre.
It is also only a 10 minute drive to Chester Zoo or 15 minutes to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet village, with its many designer outlet stores, restaurants, cinema and Blue Planet Aquarium. All of these out-of-town attractions are also easily accessible via public transport, with the zoo only 30 minutes door-to-door using the local bus service.
Guests of Mia’s Place will have full access to Mia’s Place 02, Mia’s Place 03 Mia’s Place 04 and Mia’s Place 05.

Parties or events are not permitted at Mia’s Place.
Please alway respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
